Motivation/Goal

The mental health of young adults has declined sharply in recent years:

• 1 in 3 young people experiences pressure to perform.

• 1 in 7 young people experiences mental complaints as a result.

Starting from World Mental Health Day, the goal of this campaign was to make at least 1,000,000 young people aware of:

• That they have a mental health.

• What are the signs that they are experiencing mental complaints.

• How they can improve these mental symptoms.
